Tuition Fee Details

The following are the complete documents that must be prepared:

A. General Requirements

  • Photocopy of 1 sheet of family card

  • Photocopy of 1 sheet of Identity Card

  • Photocopy of diploma / SKHU / SKL legalized 1 sheet

  • 2 Sheet 3×4 Blue Background Photographs (Neat Free Shirt)

  • Proof of Re-Registration Payment (Her-Registration)

B. Special Requirements

  • Passport photos for Muslim women are required to wear a headscarf

  • Color Blind Test, for Psychology Study Program

  • Work certificate, for regular class C Management Study Program

For Transfer Students and Level Transfer Students, in addition to preparing general requirements files, it is necessary to prepare additional files as follows:

Additional Files for Transfer Students

  • Letter of application to the Chancellor and copy it to the Dean of the Faculty in question

  • Photocopy of 2 sheets of original university transcript that have been legalized

  • Certificate of Accreditation from the originating University

Additional Files for Level Transfer Students

  • Photocopy of D3 diploma and transcript from the original university legalized 2 sheets

  • Certificate of Accreditation from the originating University

  • Registration fee IDR 253,000 (two hundred fifty-three thousand rupiah).

  • Pay course conversion fees for transfer and transfer students according to the number of credits recognized by the destination faculty.

  • Mahasiswa yang telah membayar biaya daftar ulang jika melakukan pembatalan sebelum tanggal 15 Juli tahun-ini, maka dikembalikan 50% (lima puluh persen) dari pembiayaan yang telah dibayar, pengembalian hanya Biaya Operasional Perkuliahan dan dana Pengembangan Universitas 50%. sedangkan biaya Registrasi tidak dikembalikan.

Discounted Fees* UDF

  • 50% discount on fees for sons and daughters of teachers and employees within the Muhammadiyah West Kalimantan Charity Business. Lecture Operational Fees and Registration Fees apply as usual.

  • A 25% discount for new students from Muhammadiyah West Kalimantan High School/Vocational High School. Lecture Operational Fees and Registration Fees apply as usual.

  • A discount of 30% for prospective students who register in batch 1 and 20% in batch 2.
